Assurances & FAQ
Straight answers before you commit
What does "full-buyout" actually mean?
You reserve the entire boat for your window — no other guests, no shared deck. The from-band on the Commission Card is for the whole vessel, not per person.
How many guests can you take?
From two people up to around 40, depending on the boat. Two guests suit a day-cruiser; 9–20 fits a full phinisi; larger parties are arranged on a bigger vessel or a second boat. The card gives you a guest-fit note for your party size.
What happens if the weather turns?
Safety decides. If conditions are unsafe we reschedule to another date or adjust the route with you — we would rather move the day than sail a rough one. We confirm the outlook with you before departure.
Are these your final prices?
No. Everything shown is an indicative full-buyout from-band as of 2026 — a starting range, not a fixed quote. Your final price is confirmed on request once the date, exact guest count, route and add-ons are set. We never quote fabricated exact figures here.
How do deposits and booking work?
We hold your date over WhatsApp and confirm terms in writing before any deposit. There is a step-by-step booking guide if you want the full sequence first. Bahari Privé is an independent charter concierge; boats are operated with Bali Premium Trip.
