We are a concierge and broker. We do not own the boats, yachts, catamarans or phinisi shown or described on this site. Vessels, captains and crew are supplied by third-party owners and operators who hold their own licences and insurance. Where this site refers to a charter being “arranged”, “sourced” or “coordinated”, it means exactly that: we connect you with vetted licensed partners and manage the celebration details, rather than operating the asset ourselves.

Are the prices on this site guaranteed?
No. Pricing is one of the fastest-moving parts of the Bali charter market, and every figure we publish is an indicative, date-stamped reference rather than a live quote.

Your contract for the charter itself, including safety, insurance and conduct at sea, is governed by the operator’s terms provided at confirmation. We coordinate; the licensed operator carries the vessel and the maritime responsibility. Guests must follow crew safety instructions at all times.
