Charter booking disclaimer

**Bahari Privé is an independent celebration concierge, not the boat owner and not a licensed financial, legal or tax adviser. Every price, capacity and route figure on this site is dated as of 2026, drawn from third-party market sources, and subject to change without notice. We arrange occasion charters via vetted, licensed partners and guarantee no specific outcome, weather condition or result.**

This page explains what you can and cannot rely on when you read privatecharterbali.com or plan a celebration at sea with us. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms, and it applies to every visitor, whether you reach us from Bali, Indonesia or overseas.

Who operates Bahari Privé?

Bahari Privé is the trading brand for occasion-based private charters published under privatecharterbali.com. The website is published by Juara Holding Group. Charter arrangements are operated by Bali Premium Trip, which handles reservations, vessel sourcing and on-the-day coordination through licensed local operators.

We are a concierge and broker. We do not own the boats, yachts, catamarans or phinisi shown or described on this site. Vessels, captains and crew are supplied by third-party owners and operators who hold their own licences and insurance. Where this site refers to a charter being “arranged”, “sourced” or “coordinated”, it means exactly that: we connect you with vetted licensed partners and manage the celebration details, rather than operating the asset ourselves.

We are also not a licensed financial, legal, tax or immigration adviser. Nothing on this site is professional advice of that kind.

Are the prices on this site guaranteed?

No. Pricing is one of the fastest-moving parts of the Bali charter market, and every figure we publish is an indicative, date-stamped reference rather than a live quote.

The rate ranges you see are compiled from public third-party sources current as of 2026. As examples of that sourcing: entry-level simple private boats are reported from around IDR 6,000,000 (roughly USD 350-400 depending on the exchange rate); Bali rental platforms list an average boat near USD 1,137 per day across a fleet of about 45 vessels; and Click&Boat reports an Indonesia-wide average of about USD 1,659 per day, with high-season averaging roughly USD 1,674 versus low-season near USD 383. These are market observations we cite for context, not offers by Bahari Privé.

What we publish What it actually is What binds us
Rate ranges and averages Third-party market data, dated as of 2026 Nothing until quoted
“From” starting prices Indicative entry points, exchange-rate sensitive Nothing until quoted
Inclusions and add-ons Typical industry norms, vary per operator Your written quote
Seasonal swings Documented ranges, illustrative only Your written quote

Your only binding price is the written quotation issued to you for your specific date, vessel, guest count and add-ons, confirmed over WhatsApp or email before payment. Currency conversions (IDR/USD) are approximate and move with the market.

What outcomes can you rely on?

We plan carefully, but the sea does not take instructions. We do not guarantee:

  • Weather, sea state or visibility on your chosen date
  • That a specific vessel remains available until you confirm and pay
  • Sightings of manta rays at Manta Point, marine life at Crystal Bay, or any wildlife
  • Exact timings for sunset segments, crossings to Nusa Penida or Lembongan, or harbour departures from Benoa or Serangan
  • The acceptance, permitting or legal recognition of any ceremony held on board

Calm-sea planning matters for the Bali-to-Nusa-Penida crossing, and operators reschedule on safety grounds. If your partner operator postpones or reroutes for weather or safety, that decision rests with the licensed captain, and rescheduling terms are set out in your booking confirmation.

How should you treat occasion and ceremony guidance?

For informational purposes only. We help couples and families stage proposals, birthdays, anniversaries, farewell dinners and intimate celebrations at sea. Where we describe onboard ceremonies, symbolic vows or micro-weddings, we are describing the styling and experience, not certifying legal validity.

The legal status of a marriage, vow renewal or any ceremony conducted on a vessel in Indonesian waters depends on civil and religious registration requirements that we do not administer. If legal recognition matters to you, confirm the requirements with the relevant Indonesian authorities and your own legal adviser before booking. Treat any regulatory or logistics note on this site, including references to maritime licensing under Indonesia’s Ministry of Transportation (Kementerian Perhubungan) or emerging changes such as Nusa Penida e-ticketing and Benoa marina growth, as general background dated as of 2026 and subject to change, not as an official statement of the rules.

How is your data handled when you contact us?

When you message us on WhatsApp at 6281128590000 or email sales@balipremiumtrip.com, you share personal data such as your name, contact details and event preferences so we can prepare a quote. We handle that data under a privacy-first approach aligned with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022, UU PDP).

We are also aware that many of our guests contact us from Europe and other regions covered by the GDPR. For international visitors, we apply comparable principles: we collect only what we need, use it to respond to your enquiry and arrange your charter, and do not sell it.

Full detail on retention and lawful basis lives in our Privacy Policy. This disclaimer is a summary, not a substitute for that policy.

What are the limits of our liability?

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indonesian law, Bahari Privé and Bali Premium Trip accept no liability for loss, injury, delay or disappointment arising from the acts, omissions, equipment or decisions of third-party vessel owners, captains and crew, or from weather, sea conditions, force majeure or authority action.

Your contract for the charter itself, including safety, insurance and conduct at sea, is governed by the operator’s terms provided at confirmation. We coordinate; the licensed operator carries the vessel and the maritime responsibility. Guests must follow crew safety instructions at all times.

Where does this leave you?

Use this site to plan, compare and get inspired, then rely on your written quotation and the operator’s booking terms for anything binding. If a figure looks material to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing for your exact date.

For a current quote or to verify any detail on this page, reach the reservations team on WhatsApp at 6281128590000 or email sales@balipremiumtrip.com. We would rather you ask than assume. This disclaimer may be updated from time to time, and the version published here, current as of 2026, is the one that applies.
