Terms of Service | Bahari Privé Private Charter Bali

Bahari Privé is a private-charter concierge, not a boat owner. These terms govern how you request quotes, confirm occasion charters and pay deposits through this site. Bahari Privé is operated by Bali Premium Trip, which arranges vessels, crew and add-ons via vetted licensed partners. All pricing is indicative, dated as of 2026 and subject to change. This page is not legal advice.

By requesting a quote, sending a deposit, or boarding a chartered vessel arranged through us, you agree to the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not book. We keep this language plain on purpose, because a celebration at sea should start with clear expectations, not fine print you need a lawyer to decode.

Who are you actually contracting with?

Bahari Privé is a brand and website. The operating entity handling your enquiry, reservation and payment is Bali Premium Trip. The website publisher is Juara Holding Group.

We act as a concierge and booking broker. We plan your occasion, match it to a suitable full-buyout boat, and coordinate crew, catering, decor and photography. We do not own the vessels. Boats, captains and crew are supplied by independent, licensed charter operators partnered with us.

That distinction matters for liability, which we explain further down. In short: we are responsible for arranging your charter accurately and honestly. The vessel operator is responsible for the seaworthiness, licensing and safe operation of the boat.

We are not a licensed financial, legal, tax or insurance adviser. Nothing on this site is professional advice of that kind.

How does a quote become a confirmed booking?

Every occasion charter starts with a custom quote, because prices move with season, route, guest count and add-ons. A quote is an estimate, not a locked contract, until you confirm it and we confirm availability back to you in writing.

The typical sequence:

Step What happens Your commitment
1. Enquiry You describe the occasion, date, guest count and route None
2. Written quote We send an itemised price (base charter + add-ons) valid for a stated window None
3. Deposit You pay a deposit to hold the boat and date Booking becomes provisional
4. Confirmation We reply in writing confirming vessel, date and inclusions Booking is confirmed
5. Balance Remaining balance settled before or on the charter date per your invoice Full commitment

A booking is only confirmed once we have both received your deposit and sent written confirmation. An unconfirmed quote holds nothing; popular dates and vessels go to whoever confirms first.

Quote validity is stated on each quote. Because listed Bali charter rates are volatile, an expired quote may be re-priced. As context, Click&Boat data across Indonesia shows high-season averages near USD 1,674 per day against roughly USD 383 in low season, so timing genuinely changes the number.

What are the deposit and payment terms?

Deposit amounts and payment schedules are set out on your individual quote and invoice, because they vary by vessel, occasion scale and lead time. There is no single flat percentage across all charters.

General principles that always apply:

  • The deposit secures your specific boat and date. It is applied against your total, not charged on top.
  • The balance is due by the date shown on your invoice. Boarding may be refused if the balance is unpaid.
  • Prices are quoted in IDR or USD as stated. Where converted, exchange-rate movement can shift the final figure; the payable currency on your invoice governs.
  • Add-ons booked after confirmation (extra catering, upgraded decor, a second photographer) are billed separately and may require their own deposit.

Entry-level simple private boats can start around IDR 6,000,000 (roughly USD 350 to 400 depending on the rate), while day-trip mid-size yachts and sailing catamarans commonly range from about USD 1,500 to USD 3,500 or more. Your quote reflects your actual selection, not these ranges.

What is included, and what costs extra?

We spell out inclusions on every quote so there are no surprises at the jetty. Typical Bali private charter pricing includes a licensed captain and crew, standard fuel for popular routes, basic snorkelling gear, iced water and soft drinks, and safety equipment. Many charters also include meals and basic water activities.

Occasion styling is handled as bespoke add-ons on top of the base charter:

Usually included Usually a paid add-on
Licensed captain and crew Hotel transfers
Standard fuel, popular routes Harbour and terminal fees
Basic snorkelling gear Premium catering and cakes
Iced water and soft drinks Alcohol
Safety equipment Decor and proposal styling
Professional photography and drone

Exactly what your charter includes is defined by your written quote and confirmation, which override any general description on this website.

What happens if the weather turns?

The Bali-to-Nusa-Penida crossing needs calm seas, and safety comes before schedule. Our partner operators plan around weather and reserve the right to reschedule when conditions are unsafe.

If the captain or operator cancels or shortens a charter for genuine safety or weather reasons, we work with you to reschedule to the next mutually available date, or to arrange a credit or refund of recoverable amounts per the operator’s policy. Weather rescheduling is not treated as a client cancellation.

If you cancel for your own reasons, cancellation charges apply as set out on your quote and invoice, and these depend on how close to the date you cancel and on non-refundable costs already committed (custom catering, decor, third-party photographers). We will always tell you the cancellation terms before you pay a deposit.

What are the liability limits?

Because we arrange rather than operate, our liability is limited to the accuracy and good-faith coordination of your booking. To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law:

  • The vessel operator, not Bahari Privé or Bali Premium Trip, is responsible for the boat’s condition, licensing, navigation and on-water safety.
  • We are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage arising from weather, sea conditions, third-party operator conduct, or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • You are responsible for following crew safety instructions and for guests in your party, including children and non-swimmers.
  • We recommend you carry your own travel and medical insurance. We do not provide it.

Bali charters routinely state licensed captains, trained crew and standard safety equipment, consistent with national maritime licensing and safety norms administered under Indonesia’s Ministry of Transportation (Kementerian Perhubungan). We do not cite specific statute numbers, and nothing here should be read as a legal guarantee of any regulatory status.

How is your personal data handled?

We process your contact details, occasion details and payment information only to deliver your charter. We handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP, Law No. 27 of 2022).

For international visitors, we also respect the core expectations of the EU GDPR: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and we do not sell it. We share it only with the specific partners needed to fulfil your booking, such as the vessel operator, caterer or photographer. To exercise any data right, contact us using the details below.

Which terms apply, and how do you reach us?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Where a specific quote, invoice or written confirmation says something different from this page, that document controls for your booking. We may update these terms, and the version in force is the one published here at the time you book.
